A BILL to amend article nine, chapter sixty-four of the
code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred
thirty-one, as amended, by adding thereto a new
section, designated section eight, relating to
authorizing the board of dental examiners to promulgate
a legislative rule relating to rules of the board.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That article nine, chapter sixty-four of the code of
West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as
amended, be amended by adding thereto a new section,
designated section eight, to read as follows:
ARTICLE 9. AUTHORIZATION FOR MISCELLANEOUS AGENCIES AND BOARDS TO PROMULGATE LEGISLATIVE RULES.
§64-9-8. Board of dental examiners.
The legislative rule filed in the state register on the
twenty-first day of June, one thousand nine hundred
ninety-six, under the authority of section four-a,
article four, chapter thirty, of this code, modified by
the board of dental examiners to meet the objections of
the legislative rule-making review committee and
refiled in the state register on the twenty-third day
of October, one thousand nine hundred ninety-six,
relating to the board of dental examiners (rules for
the West Virginia board of dental examiners, 5 CSR 1),
is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the
Board of Dental Examiners to promulgate a legislative
rule relating to the Board.
